Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Blow purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

To request support, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number

• a brief description of the issue

• clear photos or video showing the fault or damage

Once reviewed, we’ll advise the next steps.

What Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• products that have been used

• products that show signs of wear or misuse

• items returned without original packaging

This includes the portable hood dryer, rollers, and clips once used.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• it will be processed back to the original payment method

• processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.

International Orders

For international orders:

• we are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes

• return shipping costs (if approved) are the responsibility of the customer

International delivery times vary by destination and can take approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing or local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

• customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

• these charges are the responsibility of the customer

• Blow is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Blow is not responsible for:

• delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

• parcels returned to sender due to delivery issues

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier.
